A true hidden gem – Northeast Wisconsin’s first winery, distillery, and brewery all under one roof. We proudly craft all our products on site. Our tasting room/taproom offers a casual and fun atmosphere to enjoy a wine, spirit, moonshine, or beer flight of 4 pours or relax with a glass of wine, craft cocktail, or craft beer. Walk around and look at all the antiques and memorabilia that has been handed down from previous generations. Something is sure to catch your eye, and maybe bring back some great memories of your own!

You can enjoy our award-winning wines, meads, spirits, moonshines, craft beer and Kombucha tea inside or outside on our patios; then take some favorites home to enjoy. Our vineyard currently has Brianna, Marquette, and petite Pearl grapes.

We also have some light food options to enjoy with your beverage: Kingpin Pizza, Cheese & Cheese spread, Crackers, Cheese/sausage/cracker trays.

Red Wines

Marquette, Devils River Red (made with Cabernet Sauvignon) and Mallard Red, which is made from Pinot Noir grapes and Pearly Duck (Petite Pearl).

White Wines

Creek White (a light refreshing Riesling white wine) and Muscovy Duck (a sweet succulent peach and juicy tropical fruit flavors).

Fruit Wines

Black Cherry Noir, Blackberry, Watermelon Crawl (a tasty blend of watermelon and Merlot), and Razzin’ (made with sweet ripe raspberries and white Zinfandel).

Kombucha Tea

Kombucha Tea is a healthy refreshing tea with all natural probiotics and detoxifiers the Chinese have referred to as the "elixir of life" for over 1000 years.

Meads

Wines made from Local Honey and fruit. Black Currant Mead, Sweet Mead, Root Beer Mead and Orange Cream Mead.

Make your own wine at U-Vin. Select a wine you'd like to make and we'll provide everything you need and help you prepare the juice, then you can return to pick up, bottle, cork and label your 28 bottles of wine.
